The Modellè Story
Having managed campaigns for luxury brands across the world, the team at Modelle Academy discovered that although Australian modes were very attractive to international brands, there was a distinct skill gap that stopped them from gaining these iconic opportunities.
Recognizing a crucial need for enhanced skills in the Australian modelling industry to meet international luxury standards, our Model Training Academy was established.
Our courses equip participants with the essential knowledge and skills to accelerate their careers and increase their opportunities globally.
A Message from the CEO
When I started Royalle Modelling in 2008 the industry was very different. The only way you could be a serious model in Australia was if you had the right dimensions, knew the right people and had the right representation.
Diversity wasn’t ‘trending’ back then so it was near impossible to break into the mainstream if you weren’t caucasian. There was no social media back then so the only feedback you would get about your ability to model, was based on the work that you did from people that were in the industry.
Lets just say that the standards where FIERCE and the models who made it, knew that they had to give it their all.
Flash forward to now, and the “you’re only as good as your last job” mentality has shifted to “anyone can model,” as social media means followers and the number of likes you get are now major factors alongside industry credibility, especially within Sydney modelling agencies.
Models who have completed under 10 paid commercial shoots or modelling jobs are often still very naive about what it truly takes to become a top Australian model and break into the international market.
Sadly, the industry is filled with snakes, empty promises, and far too many models being exploited. On top of this, there isn’t enough real talent development happening in Australia. I see incredible potential every day, models who struggle to book the jobs they deserve due to a lack of training, mentoring, and guidance.
I started this academy to cut the BS and teach the essential fundamentals needed to reach the next level. In my line of work, I NEED my models to be world-class. When major global brands reach out asking if we have suitable talent, they expect the best in Australia, models ready to compete on the world stage.
Nothing makes me happier than seeing people live up to their true potential. I hope that through this academy, we can build more international-level models and help people live their best lives as their best selves.

For over 19 years, George has scouted, recruited, trained, and placed thousands of models around the world to be in top campaigns with Iconic brands such as Jimmy Choo, YSL, Bras n Things, Ponds, Nivea, Reebok, Rebel Sport, Canon, Sony, Panasonic + many more.
He has helped launch thousands of careers from new to market models to the point where they have been placed in magazines, country-wide billboards, TV, and international modelling campaigns.
George is a very charismatic and passionate leader who believes in equality, integrity, and living a life with passion. These fundamentals stay consistent in his work, regardless of the situation.

Asal Abdi - Internationally Published Model. PFW Runway Model
Asal Abdi is a professional model of Persian descent who has captivated audiences around the world in both editorial and runway modelling. She’s a fellow Modelle graduate and made a big impact on the scene with her fierce poses and unrivalled dedication to being her best.
This quickly took her from being a model in development to becoming one of the top Royallette’s with the Royalle Modelling Agency. Her accomplishments are ever-growing, and in her first year of representation, she has modelled for a range of fashion brands, including Bridal, and has also walked for international designers at Paris Fashion Week 2025.
As one of her agency’s best models, Asal appeared on Channel 10 in a modelling segment about AI and Modelling, which captivated audiences all around Australia. Further to this, she has been published in FHM as a featured model and is also the go-to girl that many agency-signed models come to for the best Runway and pose advice.
As part of Royalle’s roster of “Royalettes,” Asal Abdi represents the agency’s core values of diversity, individuality, and professional excellence.
Tony Palliser - CEO & Lead Photographer of Studio 49
With over 20+ years of experience in shooting eCommerce, Lifestyle, Glamour & even wildlife photography, Tony is a fanatical photographer who likes to help others and has helped many models directly through Studio 49.
Tony has worked with brands like Rebel Sport, X blades, Bondi Bather, Angel Maternity, Queenbee, Rigfit Activewear, Dollhouse, and many more. Tony’s work has been published in Cosmopolitan, FHM, Star Centra, as well as featured in Buckingham Palace!
